Reunited

Chelsea had a dear friend growing up (T). They met in kindergarten, and were fast buddies. They got to be in the same class all through elementary school. At the end of grade 5, these two had to part ways because T's family moved all the way out to Ontario. This was a sad parting for both of the girls. They were not successful at keeping in touch as we lost their contact info, but while spring cleaning we found T's number. Chelsea was nervous to call her up, as they haven't chatted in two years, but as soon as they started talking, it was as if no time passed. They chatted for two hours.

There was the potential of these two meeting up in Manitoba this summer, as T's family was planning to be in Morris while Chelsea was in Grunthal/Steinbach (not even 30 minutes apart). Circumstances had it that T's family was unable to come out, but T was going to fly to grandparents in Kelowna on the same that we were flying out to Winnipeg.

Well, I truly think that God had his hand on this one, because as we were about to board our plane, T walks up to us and says hi. We were so surprised. Unfortunately we were rushing to get to the plane, so Chelsea couldn't sit and chat, but seeing her dear friend once again was so special.
